I had spent the morning frustrated, not connecting
with anyone, walking the streets, unable to find the shots. Returning
to a park that had been empty and silent a few hours earlier,
I found it undergoing a rigorous sweeping. I smiled and pointed
at my camera. This immediately evoked a flurry of hair arranging
and scarf straightening. When everyone was arranged, the picture
taking commenced. Efficiency took a steep dive for the cleaning
brigade, but it made all the difference in my day.
