I am writing this in a cafe, with the sound of conversation all around, some music in the background, the smell of food in the air. It is the early part of the evening on Good Friday. Outside the sweet springtime sun is reflecting for a few more moments on the buildings across the street. There is a light breeze playing in the tops of the palm trees. my name is christie thomas, i do design for the distance education program at Abilene Christian University, but right now i am busy designing a few things for our annual short film competition called FilmFest. this year's theme is "unREEL" and i was wondering if i could perhaps use your photograph of the woman mannequin for hand-out flyers. the photograph will be altered and i can send you the comps if we decide to use this design (with your permission, of course!). it is a beautiful picture!
